Shipping Policy:

Here at The Pink Emporium, we strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible.  Most orders ship very quickly within 2-4 business days. Some items may require additional processing time. 

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  We try our best to get your orders shipped immediately! 

At this time, we can only ship to the contiguous 48 States. We cannot ship internationally.

Some of our items will ship directly from the manufacturer or retail supplier.

Shipping Damage:

If an item is damaged when it arrives from shipping, please contact us immediately.  The manufacturer will replace any damaged or defective parts.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:


Please inspect your item upon delivery for any damage. Items that are initially defective within 3 days of receipt of the item are eligible for replacement. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (including insurance at full value) and we pay for the shipping of the replacement. There is a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Must be returned in the original box with all parts, manuals. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or not delivered on time due to our shipping companies (they are liable). We will assist in the claim.

Due to the high increase of shipping costs we have the following guidelines for returning furniture items. All sales of furniture is final. If it  is damaged, we will handle all shipping fees associated with sending a replacement to you or replacement parts.



Cancellation Policy:

If in the event you wish to cancel your order. Please email us at sales@thepinkemporium.com with the subject Cancellation. Please include name, address and item you would like to cancel.

Note: Due to the prompt shipping of our items there may be instances that your item has already shipped and cannot be cancelled. You would then fall in the returns category, please read policy above. Some of our items may ship from the manufacturer or retail supplier.
