Shipping Policy:
Here at The Pink Emporium, we strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship very quickly within 24-72 hours! Some items may require additional processing time.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We try our best to get your orders shipped immediately!
At this time, we can only ship to the contiguous 48 States. We cannot ship internationally.
Shipping Damage:
If an item is damaged when it arrives from shipping, please contact us immediately. The manufacturer will replace any damaged or defective parts.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please inspect your item upon delivery for any damage. We allow a 3 day inspection period upon delivery. If in the event you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will exchange the product or send a replacement as needed.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!!
Due to the high increase of shipping costs we have the following guidelines for returning an item only if it is NOT damaged. It if is damaged, we will handle all shipping fees associated with sending a replacement to you or a refund if necessary.
If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it using the following guidelines:
Purchase amount minus the actual shipping & handling costs. You are responsible to pay return shipping of the item. We also incur a 20% resto.
Cancellation Policy:
If in the event you wish to cancel your order. Please email us at sales@thepinkemporium.com with the subject Cancellation. Please include name, address and item you would like to cancel.
Note: Due to the prompt shipping of our items there may be instances that your item has already shipped and cannot be cancelled. You would then fall in the returns category, please read policy above. Some of our items may ship from the manufacturer or retail supplier.
